BMW je predstavio M verziju Touring modela BMW-a serije 5, ali i potpuno osveženu gamu modela serije 5, koja pored blagih dizajnerskih izmena donosi i nove motore, koji su još ekonomičniji i još snažniji.

Od svog predstavljanja 2003. godine, E60 je postao pravi uspeh obarajući iz godine u godinu prodajne rekorde i primivši veliki broj priznanja.

M5 Touring nam ne donosi ništa potpuno novo, ali s obzirom da se radi o BMW-u M5 predstavljanje Touring verzije svakako zaslužuje pažnju. Motor je već poznati V10 sa 5 litara zapremine, 507 KS i 520 Nm maksimalnog obrtnog momenta. M5 Touring ubrzava do 100 km/sat za 4,8 sekundi (samo 0,1 sekundi sporije od limuzine), a maksimalna brzina je naravno elektronski ograničena na 250 km/sat, dok bi bez limitera granica od 300 km/sat bila lagano oborena.

Deo koji neće previše brinuti kupce jeste zapremina prtljažnika od 1.650 litara.

Kada je u pitanju kompletna serija 5, osvežena gama nudi 9 potpuno novih ili znatnije modifikovanih motora. Kao i kod osvežene E klase, izmene eksterijera je jako teško prepoznati, a možda su najizraženije kod zadnjih svetala, novog usisnika za vazduh, agresivnijeg zadnjeg kraja i proširene palete boja karoserije.

Nova serija 5 će se pojaviti na tržištu od marta ove godine po ceni koja će se kretati od 40.173 evra (520d SE Saloon) do 74.159 evra (550i M Sport Touring) u Velikoj Britaniji.

  2. Da, Banglov dizajn je izazvao prilicne negativne reakcije ali moram priznati da mi se serija 5 jedina svidja za razliku (poredjajcu ih po ruznoci) 3,6,1 i Z4. No dobro, o ukusima ……
